Maroeska Rovers appointed as scientific director of TechMed Centre (University of Twente)

In this role, Maroeska will contribute to the TechMed Centre's ambition of generating social impact within healthcare through excellent research, innovation and educational programmes. She will also continue as director of HI-NL and as scientific director of the Medical Innovation & Technology expert Center (MITeC) at Radboudumc. With her combined roles and her network, Maroeska is well-equipped to further strengthen medtech collaboration and innovation in the Netherlands and internationally.

HI-NL director Carl Moons commented on the news: “I congratulate Maroeska with her fantastic new position. This is great news not only for her but also for HI-NL and therefore for the whole Dutch medical technology ecosystem”. The HI-NL team also congratulates Maroeska with her appointment and looks forward to her future achievements.
